Striders Do Tri!

The Summer of 2003 Tri took off in the form of training and competing in the Helensburgh Sprint Triathlon. Technically there were two novices but experience came in the form of Tom Wilson, ex Scottish Triathlete and Alan Douglas the Ironman. Any questions just ask these guys.

So when and how do we fit in the three disciplines?

Sunday 30 mile bike run round Strathaven. 8am start!
Tuesday Swimming at the Strathaven Pool. 8.30 - 9.30pm
Wednesday Running. Put through your paces. 7.30pm start at Strathaven pool.
Saturday Running. Keeping up the miles. Distance by arrangement.
